This is a really cute restaurant with friendly staff, huge portion sizes at a time when other places are paring back. The furniture, decorations and some of the diningware (red Coca-Cola plastic glasses from the previous century) along with some of the signs throughout the restaurant takes away from the atmosphere. Come hungry or be prepared to take home leftovers.

Please note, I don’t do gravy on my country fried steak but look at the size of the biscuit.
