We are staying in Cocoa Beach to find a Florida home to relocate & found this local gem while looking for a place for breakfast. We couldn’t have been more pleased both times we’ve been there. The food selection, hospitality & extremely friendly staff (Lisa & all the wait staff) made us feel right at home. Southern Charm is the perfect name for this cozy place to eat. We will be regulars while staying in Cocoa Beach. If you are local to the area, you could easily call this place your home kitchen away from home.
