Worst experience

Order a Bloody Mary with my wife server first forgot it and then it took 14 minutes before it was brought to the table. After that I new it was gonna be a bad experience it took almost an hour to receive our food only for it to be Luke warm. Very disappointed and the funny part is they obviously do not want you to express your experience because right by the cash register it states they will charge you 10 dollars for complaining. Save your money and go some place else in my eyes when a restaurant says southern charm that means homemade not out of a can
