This is a nice travel spot to visit and get some comfort food for breakfast. The portions are generous, the staff was very pleasant and provided us with some things to do in the area.

My GF had the shrimp and grits. The shrimps were huge (but had the tail on it – not my preference) and the gravy was great (Just enough seasoning). It also came with cheese.

I had the Sunshine Platter which included 3 eggs, toast, home fries, and sausage ( u have a choice of meat and a choice of grits/hash browns). It was all cooked perfectly. They also had a variety of hot sauces, Tabasco, Chalula, and Louisiana which I don’t see as the norm.

This, along with drinks only cost $26.

A must visit if you’re in the area.
