I’ve done a lot of eating in my 69 years on this Earth. Done a lot of breakfast. I’ve always preferred homemade, at home, made the way I like it, breakfast. This restaurant exceeded any breakfast restaurant I’ve ever eaten in my life. 6 stars would not be enough! Homemade biscuits as big as a grapefruit! Ample bacon, thick and perfect. Grits that I don’t think I’ve ever had grits this smooth, this creamy and this tasty. For the quality of breakfast the prices are very reasonable. Can you ever get enough of “y’all or bless your heart” They care about the quality, they care about your experience and they’re very engaging. They wanna know how they could do it better. I know that they were busy. We had to wait even though we didn’t show for breakfast till about eleven o’clock. Is well worth the five minute to 8 minute wait. The lady who brought some of our food out; older lady. She seemed very short and I understand that she was very busy and just trying to be very efficient. But she was the outlier. Most of the other staff were super, super sweet, carrying and thoughtful. Happy smiles like; Fefe comes to mind! But the older lady she was; let me get it on the table so I can get back to work. I understand that. The Signs all over the walls and the decorations, I thought were very Southern and very unapologetic. They support their first responders. They support their military and our group eating were military veterans and we appreciate that. Yes, they do offer a military discount! I’ve been wanting to eat here for a long time, but I’ve never been on this side of town at breakfast time. We decided to do a few days at the Resort on Cocoa Beach which is an awesome place. Yes this place is worth driving to eat! We will be back. This is our number one location to take our friends , especially our out of town friends for breakfast. Thank you for your Southern charm. I felt like I was back in “old Virginii” My birthplace, my roots and my heart!
